A Month Already?
12/04/17
Hello everyone, I am now on my fourth week at The Comedy Trust, which means I have been here a month already! Time is flying by and we have some new and exciting things to come...
I am so excited to have the opportunity to start developing a content video for the new Comedy Trust website (which will be launching very soon!) The video will feature a wide range of workshop footage, testimonials and shots of Liverpool. The video will be used to showcase the great work that goes on at The Comedy Trust. Video footage is amazing as it engages people and allows viewers to get a better idea of what we do as an organisation. It will also allow me to use the camera and video editing software. Putting together content videos is something I have always wanted to try so this is an exciting project! However, you'll have to wait and see what the final product will be in due course...
This week I also had the chance to go to the Autism Hub in Sefton where workshop tutors, Sam and Cameron were running the Feeling Funny course! This was a great opportunity to see the Feeling Funny course in action. I could physically see the dynamics of the group change as everyone become more involved and confident. I wrote a in-detail blog post about the workshop as part of the #ChuckleTuesday project, which you can read all about that right here! Furthermore, I took some pictures to post on social media so that our followers could see what type of exercises are used in these workshops.
