Call me Dolly Parton
Why did I choose to come here? It’s awful I’m having a dreadful time -1/10 stars. Sam has even alluded to the fact I might have to get some mining equipment on, I am not looking forward to that.
I’m joking of course, or am I…I am totally kidding, so far I am having a really good time on my work experience placement at The Comedy Trust. The office dog Monty has really upped the cutesiness factor in the office so even if I had to get my mine on I wouldn’t mind. I chose to do my work experience placement here at The Comedy Trust for a number of reasons, one being I didn’t want to end up in a chemical engineering firm like my friend Jess, if you’re reading this Jess my thoughts are with your sanity. I’m also a member of the fabulous feeling funny youth club so the idea of getting to be involved with the Comedy Trust for a whole week felt like an exciting thing to do. Also, originally I wanted to do my work experience here at the Liverpool Royal Court Theater as I love drama and I am a member of their youth theater but I was too young, so I’ve found a bit of a loop hole really.
My first day has been really fun and it has given me an insight into what goes on behind the scenes at The Comedy Trust and I am really excited to be able to get involved with the incredible work they do within the community and see the work that goes behind the scenes.
(^Dolly Parton 9-5 I'm on work experience, it was funny to me)
